Notes: Signed and dated May 1st 1873 on the front free endpaper by previous owner Truman Reeves. Reeves was California State Treasurer from 1899 to 1907. He also was a member of the California State Assembly from 1883 to 1887[1] and treasurer of San Bernardino County (1890–98).
